Full Registration

Early Bird Registration – $130 (includes one banquet ticket)

Take advantage of the early-bird registration discount. The deadline for early-bird registration is December 10, 2010.

Advance & On-Site Registration - $150 (includes one banquet ticket)

Beginning December 11, 2010, the registration fee will increase by $20.

After January 28, 2011, please be prepared to register on-site at the Study Week 2011 Registration desk located in the Salt Palace Convention Center.

Single-Day Registration - $60 (banquet ticket not included)

Both conference registration and hotel registration are made through this web site. Please use the REGISTER NOW button on the right to begin the registration process.

Registration Confirmation: An email confirmation will automatically be sent to the email address provided, after successful completion of the registration process. Early Bird and Advance registrants will receive their name badges and any tickets ordered at the on-site Study Week 2011 Registration desk in the Salt Palace Convention Center, during registration hours. If you do not receive an email confirmation within one week of registering, please contact Robin Mickel at rmickel@wciconferences.org.

Cancellation Policy: Requests for cancellation and refunds must be in writing or via email. A refund will be issued, less a $25 processing fee, if the cancellation request is received by December 30, 2010. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after December 30, 2010.
