Mincron INsight '10 User Conference

Conference Highlights

Educational Opportunities

Choose from over 45 breakout sessions, covering a wide variety of topics. Once again this year, the sessions are specifically focused on leveraging your technology investment in Mincron to improve your company’s operations. These sessions were designed with your needs in mind, and have been divided into series that offer something for everyone!
Networking Opportunities

INsight ’10 provides several opportunities to interact with contacts from other industry leaders, including conference meals, coffee breaks, and Tuesday afternoon’s networking activities. Many users enjoy having the time outside of the breakout sessions to exchange ideas with other users from similar industries and job functions

Mincron / Vendor EXPO

The EXPO is the conference crossroads of products and ideas, featuring live demonstrations from Mincron specialists and selected Business Partners. A number of vendors will be on hand for you to learn more about products and services that complement our product offerings. The EXPO also provides you
with an opportunity to “test drive” our various product offerings, including our exciting new Web Based Training tool, the Business Intelligence module, the redesigned Light Manufacturing system, Web Commerce, Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Assistant, Proof of Delivery, Remote Commerce, EDI, and Document Imaging. Our popular “Ask the Expert!” booths allow you to review your specific issues or ask questions one-on-one with a Development Application Specialist.

Application Design Sessions

This is your opportunity to provide your insight into the design of proposed enhancements to Mincron’s product suite. Per Mincron users’ request, customers can nominate desired enhancements to each of the major functional areas (i.e. Order Processing, Financials, Purchasing, Web Commerce) and then vote for their “Top-ten” requests in each area prior to the conference. High level design for the top requests in each area will occur during the Conference.

Users Only Meeting

Each year at the conference, Mincron sets aside time for its customers to meet as a group, without Mincron personnel present. The purpose of the meeting is to elect Steering Committee and Forum Leaders, and to discuss product, service, and other recommendations to be presented to Mincron management for consideration. This process has proven to be very successful over the years and has strengthened the relationship between Mincron and its customers.
