Who Qualifies/Conditions
•  Corporate/Association/Independent planners of meeting, incentive,
    training/conference programs or conventions with verifiable meetings history
•  Independent planners must indicate clients/industries served
•  Planners with groups yielding a minimum of 50 rooms on peak night
•  Planners considering a California meeting destination and have open meeting 
   dates within 24 months of the event for which a site has not been selected
•  Planners who have attended this program within the past two years are ineligible
    to participate
