Part I: Making Traveler Empowerment Work: Snapshot Scenarios

New technology and user-generated content are having a significant impact on the business travel industry. Travelers have direct access to the information they need to make their travel decisions and by doing so are empowered to create and distribute their own content.

How do these new trends impact how travel management programs are managed and the key value drivers such as cost, quality, compliance and duty of care?

What is the better choice – managed or unmanaged travel?

Leave this high-powered session with a well-defined vision of where the industry is headed and a better understanding of the challenges and opportunities.
