Eric Richard Alberts

Eric is a dedicated Emergency Manager who is passionate about the field he works in and protecting those he serves.  He began his career in Emergency Management in 2002.  Eric has responded to emergencies of all different types and sizes to include; a Terrorist Attack, 5 Hurricanes, Tropical Systems, a Special Communicable Disease, Severe Weather, Wildfires, Multi-type vehicle accidents, Mass Casualty Incidents, etc.  He is currently the Corporate Manager, Emergency Preparedness for Orlando Health, Inc. hospital system in Central Florida.  A position he was promoted to in February of 2017 after serving as the Manager, Emergency Preparedness since February 2010. Orlando Health has a total of 2,218 licensed beds within 7 hospitals (two of which are the level 1 trauma centers for adults and pediatrics), 1 large cancer center, 3 ambulatory care centers, 1 skilled nursing facility, 1 athletic training center, 3 medical helicopters, numerous corporate ancillary and support facilities, 17,000 employees, and directly leads and manages 2 full time employees.
Ryan Turner

Ryan Turner was named the Division Chief of Emergency Management and Safety for the City of Henderson, Nevada in October 2011, and also fills the key role of Emergency Management Coordinator. He administers, directs, manages and coordinates the activities and operations of the City’s Emergency Management and Safety Division and spearheads issues of homeland security.
Joshua Corsa

Dr. Joshua Corsa is a Surgical Critical Care Fellow at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle and a surgeon with the Florida Army National Guard. Prior to medical school he was a combat medic in the US Army, a firefighter, and a flight paramedic in Virginia Beach, VA. He was the chief resident on duty the night of the Pulse shooting in Orlando, FL where he helped treat dozens of patients. He teaches medical providers across the country about prehospital care, disaster response, and medical care in austere environments.
