- Register online at this site by clicking on the REGISTER button. This is to ensure your badge is waiting for you at check in and to reserve hotel rooms. During this process you can register and book hotels rooms for everyone that is attending, in one process. Click here to register additional exhibitor staff, for a fee of $499.00 per person.
- Complete the required forms for any incidentals you may need for your booth by clicking on the links below (electric and shipping forms)

Shipping Information:
Please ship to the address listed below. Plan for arrival on 3 days or less prior to the conference (after July 16, 2012).
All shipments will be delivered to your table top on July 19th, once the exhibit hall is set up.
