Equality Means Business

The business case for diversity is overwhelming. It is increasingly clear that a diverse workforce helps the bottom line and businesses that are open and accessible for all clients will thrive.

This event will focus on how to create a diverse and inclusive culture and will showcase organisations already reaping the benefits of doing so.

We are delighted to announce that The Rt Hon Lady Dorrian with speak at the first keynote session of the morning and Alan Masson, General counsel and Chief Operating Officer for Anderson Strathern, will close the forum.

The first panel session will focus on equality in business and how getting this right will support your business development . The second session will focus on how to get pay, progression and success in the work place right and show why this will help your business going forward.

Sharing with others is a great way of learning, and this event will also include a group session allowing you to discuss your experiences and exchange knowledge around creating an inclusive workplace.
