IMPORTANT: Please be sure to REGISTER everyone attending for your exhibit, to ensure your Badges are waiting for you when you check in at the conference, and also to reserve your hotel rooms and airline tickets. Our REGISTER process is quick and easy and will handle all your travel arrangements too! Once you add a person you will have the opportunity to add additional persons attending and book their rooms all in a single process.

Exhibitor Forms

Below you will find the necessary exhibitor documents to download, to order items (electric, internet, lead retrieval, etc.) that you may require for the conference and for shipping.

Since the conference is in the Bahamas, shipments must clear customs. To make this as easy as possible for you, we use a freight forwarder, Laser Int'l, in Miami that will handle all your shipping to and from Nassau at a good price. You mail your packages to Laser Int'l and they will deliver them directly to the Exhibit Hall in the Atlantis Hotel and return them back to Miami, Florida.
