This half-day program for senior marketers will explore the critical role of data-driven marketers within organizations that rely on analytics, data and technology integration to drive customer insight and ROI. While many companies are striving to be "customer centric," this panel discussion/interactive workshop will focus on identifying and leveraging the skills you'll need as a leader to inspire your staff as well as influence senior management. In addition, this session will provide insight into PROVEN career enhancement techniques that will raise your personal and professional visibility within your organization. This unique workshop will be divided into two segments:
1:45p.m. -3:00p.m. Part 1 will be a panel discussion designed to effectively zero in on what senior management expects from data-centric professionals TODAY. Perhaps of even greater importance, we will challenge our high profile panelists to look into their crystal balls to predict what senior management will demand from their data-based marketers and analytics groups in the FUTURE.
3:15p.m.-4:30p.m. Part 2 of this workshop will be an interactive series of rapid fire leadership exercises designed to enhance your influence and visibility within your respective firms. During this part of the workshop, The Troyanos Group facilitators will create a series of leadership skill set exercises designed to help you influence your staff and effectively sharpen you management skills needed to succeed.

Tony Branda, SVP, Executive Head of Business Analysis, RBS/Citizens Financial Group
Tony Branda leads the Division Wide Business Intelligence team for Consumer Finance at RBS, Citizens Financial Group. The Division Wide team was established in 2009 and provides advanced analytics; information management and business intelligence capabilities and tools to a wide array of business partners include Home Lending, Credit Card, Auto Finance, Educational Finance and business units in the UK. Tony’s team also supports strategic planning activities with value added customer insights and marketplace intelligence.

Glen Hartman is an Accenture Senior Executive and serves as Managing Director US of Accenture Interactive, a business unit dedicated to delivering integrated marketing, technology and analytics solutions for the digital world. In this role, Glen leverages his 22 years of experience in digital, multichannel and data-driven marketing to help Accenture clients achieve agile, intelligent marketing and develop lasting brands.
|Renée Soulliard , SVP, Direct Marketing AOL’s Paid Services Division
Renée is a senior marketing executive with extensive experience in integrated marketing, channel develoment, and customer relationship management. She is currently SVP, Direct Marketing for AOL’s Paid Services Division, where she leads Channel and Product Marketing. She was previously Vice President, Indirect Marketing, at Capital One, responsible for all online channels in the U.S. Card Divison. Previously, she held senior marketing roles as VP, Online & Website Marketing at 1800flowers.com and General Manager, Direct Sales at Philips Consumer Electronics. Renee holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton Business School.
