Throughout his career, Dennis Donovan has served in key leadership roles for numerous global business transformations. He has designed and executive a fully integrated, large scale change process to enhance organizational effectiveness and drive competitive advantage in major corporations. He has also created HR Solutions, a consulting initiative to leverage HR as a channel to market with customers, partners and suppliers. His innovation in leadership, talent management and human resources has been widely recognized.
Currently a senior advisor at Cerberus Operations and Advisory Company, an affiliate of Cerberus Capital Management, he previously served as executive vice president, Human Resources at The Home Depot, a $90B company. Prior to that, he was senior vice president, Human Resources at Raytheon Company; vice president, Human Resources for the Power Systems business at General Electric; and has held a number of board and advisory positions. He holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial relations and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Massachusetts. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Western New England College School of Law.
In recognition of his achievements and contributions to the profession, Dennis was elected as a Fellow in the National Academy of Human Resources, an honor considered the most prestigious in the field of human resources. He was also named HR Executive of the Year by a major trade publication and was the first recipient of the Trailblazer Award at the Annual Board of Directors Institute for Human Resources.
A frequent guest lecturer at universities, corporations, government agencies and professional associations, he addressed the inaugural meeting of the U.S. Government’s Chief Human Capital Officers at the White House and has testified before the U.S> Senate and the U.S. House of Representatives.

Sandy has worked within Human Resource her entire career, starting with Payroll processing, Benefits Administration and as an HR Generalist in a variety of industries. Taking her real life experience working with HCM systems she began to help numerous organizations implement and realize direct value from updated HCM technologies. Historical support of strong transactional data for accurate payroll and benefit processing gave her the solid foundation on which to build the visions of Talent Management. In her current role as HCM pre-sales Solution Consultant Sandy has the opportunity to show business leaders how investments in the right Talent Management solution can align their entire workforce to their corporate culture, to strengthen their critical resources, and to ensure support of their current and future missions and goals.

Lindsay Stanton, Senior Vice President of Sales & Strategy for Job Search Television Network (JSTN) headquartered in Aurora, IL. Lindsay introduces companies to most unique and innovative recruiting tools. Utilizing a video-centric model JSTN allows organizations to add a new dimension to their recruitment and advertising. Lindsay works closely with JSTN's partner organizations such as TMP Worldwide, The Right Thing and social networking and media partners to maximize JSTN's viral video. With past experience working with Fortune 500 accounts on product launches, sales and marketing, Lindsay has both developed and executed large-scale national programs. John understands the inner workings of employment and recruiting. He is able to see and articulate how and why people work. This is partly because John has worked a lot of jobs—from selling doughnuts door-to door, digging ditches and building railroads to corporate executive, director, editor, and CEO. He knows that making the right hiring decision requires both breadth and precision, and that finding the right person for the right job is a process that must adapt to an ever-changing marketplace. The foundation of John’s interest in recruiting was how to use developing technology to find candidates that were inaccessible before. John was on the cutting edge of how the internet and technology affect work and recruiting. He became interested in the internet in its embryonic stages when it was known as the Well. His conversations with folks in the San Francisco Bay Area developed into a position as Executive Director of the Point Foundation and publisher of the Whole Earth Catalog, where he met and worked with many of the founders of Silicon Valley. In 1995, John started his own company, Interbiznet, where he wrote a daily column on using the internet and technology for employment recruiting as well as a survey of global employment news and trends. His ideas have been the catalyst for dozens of new companies and countless MBA student papers. In 2007, John sold Interbiznet. John regularly consults with recruiters and employers on how to find, hire and keep the best employees, how people work, how companies and systems affect employees and how changing economies and technology alter the nature of work itself. One of John’s current areas of interest is how the cultural differences between the generations are changing the workplace. He introduced this idea last year to the top 500 employers in Canada last year where Al Gore was the warm-up act (although Mr. Gore might call it the key-note speech). John continues to explore the importance of culture and communications through new technologies and forums like Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin and blogging, all of which allow us to meet and connect with people we might not have found in another era, and perhaps say things we would never say in person.
Chief Strategy Officer
After 20 years of working in the University Relations (UR) space, Steve asked a question. “Why is it that so little technology has found its way into university recruiting?” Campus teams were still using the same outdated tools and processes from 20 years ago and this just didn’t sit well with him. So, building on his previous experience with CRM, he decided to combine his inner geek with his passion for university recruiting. The resulting combination landed him at RECSOLU where he now helps drive the development of cutting edge solutions for university focused talent acquisition.
Steve joined RECSOLU in 2009 and he is currently the Chief Strategy Officer. In this role, he guides RECSOLU’s development of technology and professional services solutions, enabling talent acquisition teams to gain significant efficiencies in knowledge management and metrics based decision capabilities. He’s focused RECSOLU on two primary areas of technology development: reducing recruiter administrative time and increasing metrics through easily accessible data.
Prior to RECSOLU, Steve led and managed college recruiting programs at SRA, Deloitte, CompuCom and EDS. This exceptionally deep knowledge of all facets of college recruiting enable him to keep RECSOLU laser focused on developing solutions which resonate with talent acquisition professionals.
