Registration Information
 
Online registration for ASF 2013 closed on Friday, January 18, 2013. Individuals who wanted to register for ASF 2013 could do so onsite at the ARIA Hotel beginning on Saturday, January 26 at 10:00 AM.

All walk-in registrations were charged a $65 onsite administrative fee that had to be paid by credit card, in addition to the registration fee of their appropriate registration category. All registrations were subject to ASF approval. If a walk-in registration is not approved then it will be reclassified accordingly and the credit card used to pay for the registration will be charged the corresponding registration fee, minus the fee that has already been charged.

Registration Approval

All registrations and registration categories were subject to ASF approval. If your registration is not approved the ASF will contact you via email. The registration category you selected must be valid at the time of registration and the event.

Every individual registration is reviewed each year. Registration under a certain registration category in previous years does not guarantee the approval of any individual’s registration under the same category for ASF 2013.

All registrations were subject to the
ASF 2013 Registration Policies, Terms and Conditions.  

All attendees were required to present government issued photo identification in order to collect Conference badge and materials. 

Registration Required

Conference name badges were required for access to the Conference. This included all meetings or functions held at the ARIA Convention Center. Online registration closed on Friday, January 18, 2013. Cancellations

Registration cancellation requests MUST be submitted in writing to registration@americansecuritization.com. Refunds were granted for any registration cancellation until Thursday, October 18, 2012. After Thursday, October 18, 2012, we regret that no refunds will be granted for any cancellation.

Substitutions

Substitutions were welcome until Friday, January 18, 2013. All substitution requests must be submitted in writing to registration@americansecuritization.com.  After Friday, January 18, 2013 we regret that no substitutions will be allowed. Please note that substitutions were only permissible if the substituting individual qualifies for the original registrant’s category. For instance, a substitute for an investor registrant must also qualify as an investor for registration purposes. The substituting individual must also be employed by the same firm as the original registrant.
