Giveaway tool prizes may be different from what is depicted in the photo above. Tool ensembles will be purchased in advance and provided by a dealer of Noria’s choice. Winning entrants are responsible for all applicable taxes (whether local, state, federal or international), surcharges, tariffs, duties, transport shipping and handling charges, and all other charges associated with taking possession of the prizes onsite in San Antonio, Texas.

Check out the latest products and services from sponsoring companies in the exhibit hall – just stop by each sponsoring company’s booth during the show, get your entry card stamped and turn in your completed card by 11 a.m. on Thursday, April 24, 2014.

When & Where?

A random drawing will take place at 11:15 a.m. on Thursday, April 24, 2014, at the Noria show-prize giveaway booth. Participation in the drawing is open to full-conference delegates, exhibitors and qualified guest entrants. Your odds of winning are great, but you must be present to win. Yet, just one more great reason to attend Reliable Plant 2014 in San Antonio.

Official Contest Rules

Show prize giveaway/Craftsman® tool sets may be different from photo depiction above. Prizes will be purchased in advance and provided by a retailer of Noria's choice. Approximate retail value is US$6,000. Winning entrants are responsible for all applicable taxes (whether local, state, federal or international), surcharges, tariffs, duties, transport shipping and handling charges, and all other charges associated with taking possession of the prizes onsite in San Antonio, Texas. Winning entrants will be required to participate in post-drawing publicity promotions, and will be required to present personal identification and verification of address to claim prizes.

Noria Corporation is responsible for the interpretation and enforcement of these official rules. All decisions concerning the contest including, but not limited to, selecting the winner will be made by Noria, whose decisions shall be final.

Who Can Enter: The contest is open to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age and older, who register and attend the Reliable Plant 2014 exhibition. One entry per eligible attendee. Employees, officers, agents, or representatives of Noria Corporation and all Reliable Plant 2014 exhibiting companies, including their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and contractors, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible to win.

How to Enter: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Entries must be made using an official game card available from distribution points at the Reliable Plant 2014 exhibition located in the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, San Antonio, Texas. Eligible participants will be entered in the drawings by completing a game card, filling in the contact information section, and submitting the card at the designated collection point. To be complete, an entry must have stamps from ALL participating sponsors listed on the official game card. Stamps are obtained by visiting the sponsors’ booths on the exhibition floor. Sponsoring exhibitors may require entrants to experience sales presentations as a prerequisite to obtaining a stamp.

An entry must be turned in at the official collection point located in the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center during normal exhibition hours. Entries must be received before 11:00 am on Thursday, April 24th, 2014 for participation in the prize drawings. All times are local times in San Antonio, Texas. One entry per eligible attendee.

Noria is not responsible for lost or misdirected entries or printing errors. Entries that are incomplete, late, mutilated, tampered with, illegible or ineligible will be deemed void. Noria reserves the right to cancel or modify the game if the administration of the game becomes corrupted in any manner. All entries become the property of Noria and will not be acknowledged or returned.

By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and understand that the results are final in all respects. By participating, entrants also agree to release and hold Noria harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the game or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.

TWO tool set winners will be selected by a random drawing of all valid entries received by the stated deadlines. The prize drawings will occur at approximately 11:15 am on Thursday, April 24th, 2014, or as soon thereafter as possible. PRIZE WINNER MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN. Winning entrants must claim their prizes within thirty seconds of the drawing or an alternate winner will be selected by a random drawing from the remaining entries. Once an alternate drawing is completed, all claims of any previously announced winner are foreclosed. Prize winners will be asked to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and Publicity before receiving the prize. If the Affidavit of Eligibility and Release is not returned on a timely basis, the prize will be forfeited by that winner and awarded to an alternate winner from a random drawing of the remaining valid entries. The same conditions apply to the alternate winner. The winner may not assign or alter the prize. By signing the affidavit and release, the winner grants permission to use his/her name, photograph, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes for this and similar promotions without additional compensation. The winner is responsible for all local, county, state, and federal taxes.

Miscellaneous: The odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received. This game is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
