SNW Fall 2013

IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION REGARDING SNW

Thank you for your interest in SNW (formerly Storage Networking World).

How an enterprise stores and secures its data continues to be a complex process, from technology innovation to compliance requirements. Computerworld/IDG and the Storage Networking Industry Association (SNIA) launched SNW in the U.S. in 1999. For 15 years, the conference helped IT and business leaders establish and maintain enterprise policies and procedures for organizational storage.

Technology transformation has expanded the storage scope to incorporate cloud computing, big data and mobility, creating a more agile business. With IT and business executives expanding the storage conversation around these technologies, Computerworld/IDG and SNIA have decided to focus our individual conference resources on producing events that cover an expanded storage innovation market and to conclude the production of SNW U.S.

We invite you to continue your storage, IT and technology leadership training in the future with Computerworld/IDG and SNIA. If you have any questions on being involved as an attendee, speaker or sponsor perspective, please contact:

·Computerworld/IDG:  Anne McCrory, VP, Marketing and Content Strategy, Events, amccrory@idgenterprise.com

·SNIA: Michael Meleedy, Business Services and Education Director, michael.meleedy@snia.org

SNW is the world’s largest independently produced conference series focused on the evolution of architecture for a new world of mobility, Big Data and business agility. Produced by Computerworld -- and co-owned by Computerworld and the Storage Networking Industry Association (SNIA) -- SNW remains unbiased and vendor agnostic. Unlike events focused on a specific vendor agenda and product portfolio, SNW provides a forum of open thought leadership and practical education that defines the spectrum of storage, data and infrastructure solutions available to a highly qualified audience of enterprise technology decision-makers.

A key component of the SNW experience is the Expo, where attendees meet vendor companies showcasing cutting-edge products and solutions. A Hands-On Lab, organized in association with SNIA, complements the Expo, offering demonstrations and labs and featuring multi-vendor solutions in a vendor-agnostic environment.
