Kroll Bond Rating Agency, a Nationally Recognized Statistical Rating Organization (NRSRO), was founded by Jules Kroll to restore trust in credit ratings by establishing new standards for assessing risk and by offering accurate, clear and transparent ratings. KBR currently provides quarterly ratings on 17,000 domestic and international financial institutions through its Subscription Rating Service. In addition, KBR is launching a structured products strategy that will be led by a team of seasoned professionals from the buy-side, sell-side, credit ratings and insurance sectors and supported by sophisticated models, diligent investigation, on-going surveillance and old fashioned legwork.
