Week 9 update

Being active with a full-time job and a 2.5yr old is not easy. I think that we’ve set a record and the 3 of us have been healthy for almost 4wks now....but it is short lived. We’re all coughing again.

I haven’t started going to the gym again yet because I feel like I’m about to have a cold, however I’ve been able to get on our exercise bike in the basement 3 mornings in the past week.

My daughter is in ‘daddy is my favourite’ mode so he’s been taking her to child care early in the morning and I’ve been able to get on the exercise bike.

Today, I’m going to take the bus to an appointment rather than driving. I’ll have to walk about 15min from the bus stop. This is how I’m fitting 30min of walking into my day.
