Cancellation Policy

The MasterCard cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations submitted by April 1, 2011 will receive a 100% refund of the conference registration fee.
  • Cancellations submitted from April 1, 2011 through April 15, 2011 will receive a 50% refund of the conference registration fee.
  • MasterCard will offer no refunds for cancellations received after April 15, 2011.
  • MasterCard will charge the full conference registration fee for no-shows. However, a replacement attendee from the same organization can attend in lieu of the original attendee at no extra charge
