About the Event: VIC Breakfast Roundtable
 
The FIA Victoria Breakfast Roundtable on 3 October will host 5 subject-matter experts who will lead practical discussions in an open and interactive forum. Kick off your morning productively with a lively exploration of insights over a wholesome breakfast (included free with your booking).

Stephen Ellis

Stephen has worked on the forefront of the digital revolution since helping a startup telecommunications company sell mobile phones online in the late 90’s. He consulted for several high-profile brands before joining the not-for-profit sector 10 years ago. Initially engaged by World Vision Australia to lead the digital marketing and ecommerce department, Stephen went on to become the Global Digital Director at World Vision International. Here he was responsible for digital strategy and capability development across the charity’s biggest offices, which together raise more than $3 billion annually. Stephen currently leads Ripple Effect Media, a startup digital marketing and communications consultancy, and regularly works with More Strategic as a digital fundraising consultant.

 
Bethan Hazell

Peter MacCallum Cancer Foundation

Bethan Hazell is a professional fundraiser with nearly 20 years of experience, specialising in Gifts-in Wills. As Gifts-in-Wills and Estates Manager, Bethan is responsible for all aspects of the program, from acquiring gifts in wills supporters and ensuring they remain cash active, through to administering estates and champions honouring a donor’s final wishes according to the terms of the will. Gifts in Wills provide significant sustainable funding to Peter MacCallum Cancer Foundation, making up a third of the Foundation’s annual income. Bethan is also a member of the Include A Charity Advisory Committee, which is a social change campaign to encourage more people to leave a charitable gift in their Will.
