About the Event

Finding your career path from junior fundraiser to senior leader

Feeling uneasy or confused about the current state of your career? Are you interested to create a career track or roadmap to take you from a junior or mid-level position to a senior leader in a marquis non-profit, school or university? Join us for lunch and learn from two individuals who have steered a career path from junior fundraiser to senior leader.

Career development is a lifelong process of managing learning, work, leisure and transitions in order to move toward a personally determined and evolving preferred future. It also involves ensuring you tackle the right professional development activities along the way, including professional credentialing, to ensure you have the right tools in your “toolbox”.

This event is for fundraisers with a few years of experience to understand how to best plan and move towards long-term career goals.
