Ross Anderson Gifts in Wills Manager RSPCA VIC Ross is currently the Gifts in Wills Manager for RSPCA Victoria, overseeing a program that generates $15m - $20m each year. He has over 10 years of experience establishing and developing Gifts in Wills fundraising programs within a diverse range of charities including the Stroke Foundation, Heart Foundation, Arthritis Victoria and Save the Children. Ross was one of the founding Board Directors of the Include a Charity campaign and Chair of IAC Advisory Committee. He also volunteers his time as the Gifts in Wills Track Chair on the FIA Conference Committee and is an advisory committee member for Rainbow Legacies, promoting Gifts in Wills giving to Australia’s LGBTIQ+ communities. | |

Bethan Hazell Gifts in Wills & Estates Manager Peter MacCallum Cancer Foundation Gifts in Wills provide significant sustainable funding to Peter MacCallum Cancer Foundation, making up a third of the Foundation’s annual income. As Gifts in Wills and Estates Manager, Bethan is responsible for all aspects of the program, from acquiring gifts in wills supporters and ensuring they remain cash active, through to administering estates. Bethan champions honouring a donor’s final wishes according to the terms of the will. | |
Arnis Stonis Key Relationships Manager Burnet Institute Arnis Stonis has been employed by Burnet Institute for the past 18 months as the Key Relationships Manager. His primary responsibility is to build relationships with supporters who may provide a major gift or leave a gift in their Will to Burnet. Prior to Burnet, Arnis was employed as the Donor Relations Manager at Diabetes Victoria. His primary responsibilities also included bequests and major gifts. Arnis was at Diabetes Victoria for 10 years. Prior to his employment in the non-profit sector, Arnis was employed in the corporate and finance world. He acted as a company secretary for some stock exchange listed companies (9 years) and then operated his own financial/investment advisory business (14 years). Arnis sold his business in 2006 and semi-retired for a period before deciding to enter the non-profit sector. Arnis has numerous accounting, finance, company secretarial and investment advisory qualifications. In November 2017 Arnis completed a Masters Degree in Social Investment and Philanthropy at Swinburne University. Arnis has a keen interest in the non-profit world and reads widely regarding all aspects of philanthropy. Arnis and his wife, Deb, operate a sub-fund with the Australian Communities Foundation. | |
