David is an experienced coach, mentor and facilitator. He combines more than 25 years of commercial experience with a passionate interest in people to support leaders and teams to develop personally and professionally. David is particularly passionate about sustainable high performance and has a discerning eye for the dynamics that can release individual, team and organisational ‘flow’.

David's career background encompasses leadership roles across a broad industry base and his recent projects include:

Jill Arkell
Leading Well

Jill is an individual and a team coach, specialising in high performance teams. Jill is often asked to help business and project leaders lift the performance of their teams so that they collaborate smarter, faster and more creatively.

Jill uses a proven team coaching methodology with simple and powerful frameworks to help teams get clear on their why, what and how. Leadership and project teams in particular benefit from the clarity of purpose and a deeper understanding of how to leverage individual strengths to build trust and exponentially increase their impact. The outcomes for these teams is higher engagement, productivity and visible accountability.

Jill’s clients range from multinationals to government, SME's and social enterprises, for whom she regularly provides pro-bono services. She has 25+ years of commercial and coaching experience in team-based environments, both leading and participating in teams.

Jill is a regular speaker on collaboration and high performance teams including invitations to speak at the European Mentoring & Coaching Conference (EMCC), as well as a regular speaker at leading national professional association conferences and events.
