IPWEA (NSW) Professional Development Workshop: Contract & Contract Law - Moree 19 & 20 June 2018

This program covers the administration of local government contracts and the basic elements of contract law.


The program is designed for  engineering, finance, administration and any other managers who are involved in the decision making process regarding the use of contracts and competitive tendering in their organisation as well as design or construction staff working in the field or office.

Your presenter is Tom Anderson, Associate Professor and Associate Dean, International and Enterprise Development at FEIT at the University of Technology, Sydney.

LOCATION: Moree Plains Shire Council, Committee Room, Level 1, 30 Heber Street, Moree

TIMES: Please register at the Workshop by 8.15am on Day 1. The program will commence promptly at 8.30am and finish at 5.00pm on Day 1. Day 2 begins at 8.30am and finishes at 5.00pm. Morning and afternoon teas and lunch provided on both days.

CAR PARKING: Free Parking is available near the venue.  There are parking restrictions right near the building.  Unlimited parking is a block away near TAFE on Frome Street or in the Harvey Norman Carpark, access via Auburn Street.


ACCOMMODATION: Overnight accommodation is not provided for Delegates. You will need to organize your own accommodation if required.
